After ordering blueberry vanilla iced coffee and receiving regular iced coffee, it was requested we get the blueberry vanilla that was ordered. The child working at the location (Geneva Ohio) asked for the coffee and it was handed to him. He opened the lid and stated "I smell blueberry" went to another employee and stated "you smell blueberry right?" returned to the window and stated "there's definitely blueberry in there" I asked why then it tasted different than last time? He stated "they probably put more blueberry in it, but I can make it again if you want". I requested it be made again. He then yelled to another employee "do they want extra blueberry!?". Is it policy to smell the item that was made incorrectly? And what are the customer service standards that are encouraged for employees? This is terrible. There is a problem every time I go to this location. Every. Time.
