Outback Steakhouse

Last night (2-14-22) I ordered delivery of a dinner from Outback. One last chance as prior 3 orders in last two months had been screwed up.. ordered Filet mignon, two orders of loaded mashed potatoes, as I always divide dinner for leftovers,. The potatoes which I paid extra for, were not loaded, but plain. The Filet was so chewy I could barely swallow it. Got loaf of bread, no whipped butter. Totally disappointed with meal. I am homebound with pain so order many meals a week. Last 3 orders of Alice Springs Chicken had no honey mustard included (which I love) one order had no loaf of bread and none had whipped butter... it is the little things sometimes that make the meal, and I know that from being in the food and beverage business. I've owned two bars and a Deli in Colorado and Nebraska. Customer satisfaction was important to me. The Findlay store used to be good but has really gone down in service and quality. I'd recognize Vivid as a reason but other restaurants here deliver food without missing items or inferior food. I just think you need to be aware.
