Subway - Service

I was at Store [protected] Dixie Highway suit z. I had a fairly big order I ordered 5-foot longs and a 6 inch. I was rushed through my order as I was talking to another employee on what I wanted on my sandwich another lady (white haired older lady) rudely asked what else on this sandwich. I said hold on ma'am I'm in the middle of telling her what I want on my sandwich. She then looked over at another employee and so No she just didn't. I looked at her and said Yes, I just did. And finished what I was ordering. As I continue down the line to put the toppings on the sandwiches, I had ordered 1 by 1, The lady said How many sandwiches? I said, I have 4 on one order and 2 on another Please give me a minute to finish up my order. I paid for the sandwiches and as I am walking out, she said that lady just ordered 60 dollars, worth of sandwiches and no tip. Yep, I sure did. I asked a gentleman if there was a manager on duty and he said yes, she's right here. I asked to speak to her, and she looked up and rolled her eyes, I said that's fine I will call later.

I am an admin at a company and if I heard one of my employees talking to a customer in that manner there would be consequences for the action. For a manager to roll their eyes at a customer when she was standing there listening to her employee talking to customers that way is unprofessional, she didn't even talk to her and tell her to stop making the comments while customers are ordering.

The customer in front of me was also rushed while she was trying to order, and the same white haired older lady talked to her with disrespect.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and see management step up when they see actions that are damaging to the company. It was very uncalled for for the employee to act the way she did.
