National Tire & Battery [NTB] - Tire purchase and installation

I called NTB this morning to see about buying two tires for my daughter's car. The man quoted me $190 out the door. When I arrived at the store I explained to him that I wanted two new tires on the front and the front rotated to the rear (front-wheel-drive). He looked at me like I was the dumbest person on earth and said "My professional advice is you always put new tires on the rear". I told him no I want the new tires on the front. He puffed up and got loud with me and said "Well if you're going to go against my professional advice I guess I have to do what you say". I told him ok. Then he got on the computer and said "$265. I told him he quoted me $190 on the phone. He acted like he punched the wrong button and told me I was right he guesses. Then after my car was done (no one else there) they made me wait 30 minutes while they played in the office. Then when they brought the car around the tire changer had the nerve to look me straight in the eyes and say" We put the exact amount of air in all your tires the light will go out after you drive it some". I went straight to the gas station and used my tire gauge. NONE of the tires had the correct amount of air. In fact, the one's they put on had a 10 lbs. difference. I put the correct amount of air in and the light did go out. I did not go to NTB to pick a fight, be lied to multiple times, or laughed at. I simply wanted to buy two tires. What that little weasel did not know is that I managed two different tire stores in my younger days and that my family owned their own tire business for over 30 years. When they retired and shut down my family and friends all went to NTB. I have now made it my mission in life to tell as many people as I possibly can NOT TO GO TO NTB. I will however give you the opportunity to make this right. I doubt you will.
Have a nice day you guys ruined mine.
Sincerely,
Greg Neace

Desired outcome: Free balance life time, and an apology.

$2, 100 quoted for unnecessary front end work. Just say no and tow your car to someplace reputable if it comes to that. Had the 2 blown tires replaced and drove off the lot with no issues. Manager also tried to wedge in the road hazard without discussion/authorization. Had that removed too.
