Steak 'n Shake

If you want some quiet time to yourself to check emails, call long lost relatives, balance the checkbook, wash the car, feed the hog, etc this drive thru is for you! Waited 25 mins in the drive thru from ordering until I got my food. My pop was handed to me overflowing and dripping all over my lap, they told me I couldn't order Swiss on my burger yet they sell a mushroom and Swiss burger? Tried to order just two burgers and was told I had to get fries, they don't just sell burgers! They said they weren't making milkshakes for the drive thru only inside orders. They had loud music playing in the kitchen, I had to sign a receipt for under $20. This place is awful. Will never be back! Inside isn't better. Floors so grimey my shoes stuck to the floor. Pretty sure a port a potty floor would be better than this dump! So grossed out I don't even want this food now! Thanks Steak ‘n Shake
