The above named Trainer threatened to call the ASPCA on us in a veiled threat when asked a question of how to proceed with at-home training.
On two other occasions going forward, she made negative comments about my son's ability to be an adequate co-pet owner.
We received our puppy by a very inept breeder who feed the our puppy a dog food which is a raw food diet which has been confirmed to give puppies bloody stool. This was confirmed by one of the references given to us by the breeder.
All this information was told to the Trainer before I made a formal complaint with Customer Service Representative Jessica and then later Sierra after the Easton Store Manager Nina defended the actions of Trainer Sally and refunded my money.
The problem is I never was contacted by the headquarters of PetSmart after Sierra said my complaint would be escalated. I believe it was due to the fact I said I would never patronize the store again? These people still have my puppy's information and I want that to be destroyed and to receive confirmation the paper work they have on my puppy will be shredded.
