Family DollarEmployees not working no manager around

Good wonderful morning for the last two years how have been coming into your family dollar on Parson Ave. in Columbus, Ohio 43205, I have seen people come and go there has been some nice people and not so nice, I love the remodeled store, I see that you have people that like to walk out with things that don't belong to them. As well as good customers as my self a couple of times I've seen this young lady who is working there greeting people as they come in, stocking, stopping thieves, today I wrote her name down because she is always smiling and working very hard, but today she looked sad I asked her was she okay she said yes but I didn't believe her, then I looked around the store to see if anyone was working with her, I saw a guy stocking but was entertained by a young lady I don't know if she was a customer or if she worked there, then I have seen the two leave the store and go sit in a blue car, I have seen another young man working but no manager, if you want to keep good employees someone needs to manage this store and do it right, the young lady name was Devon I told her every day is not a rainy day enjoy your day she smiled, I want to talk to my job to hired her good help is hard to find
