Asplundh Tree Expert

On 6/6/23 I was involved in an accident with asplundh where they are at fault, I was traveling southbound on velma doing 30, posted speed limit is 35, I had no stop sign. He had a stop sign and failed to yield to me. I have been trying to reach them every way possible. I have called and left messages, I have sent emails, I have tried to locate the insurance that was listed, to no avail, no one will return my phone calls or emails. My car is severely damaged and unsafe to drive, I have no way to get a rental which is now going to cost me and my sons our jobs. I have sent a message to jim gaynor through linked in and I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
