The lottery is rigged. July 23, 2020 the number didn't post until later that evening due to technical difficulties. You couldn't even watch the video live giving them time to pull or set up the drawing in there favor. This should be an illegal business practice for the lottery. If you can't pull at the schedule time live, then we should be refunded or money because they could have picked any number for the drawing. They are cheaters & this should be illegal.
