I went home with a ringing in my ear due to the employee behind the counter holding the buzzer down for more than 20 sec. Then he did it again holding the buzzer down like it was some kind of joke.. I went to the counter and commented on the buzzer... the only response I got was OK and a smirk. This is not how you run a business. This was unprofessional and left there mad.
Desired outcome: Employee should be better trained on policy and customer service.
