I went to KFC Restaurant #K071180 - and ordered 2 pot pies and 12 hot wings with ranch (no ranch) on [protected] @7:01pm. Drive through only service, it was late and this was supposed to be dinner. I ended up throwing the food out, the pies were over cooked and dried out, the chicken was extremely hard and distasteful. This is not my first rodeo with this location, will be my last time visiting. Thank you!
Desired outcome: I would like a total refund as I had to find a supplement for dinner. My total was $19.97.
