The Rally's at this location 3040 Carnegie Ave, Cleveland, OH 44115 always gives me trouble the other nite I pulled up to the driver thru to order a Big Buford Combo the guy was talking gibberish I thought he was a foreigner I ask what was he saying he ignores me so I park my car and head to the walk-thru and place my order got my food and check to see did they screw up my order again, of course, they did my Big Buford does not have Onions or Tomatoes on them so I told them that they said to me someone did not prep enough Tomatoes and Onions then they said we out of it then I said do you guys suppose to let customer no that before they give you there hard earn money and paid a full price for something they won't get I paid $12 for that garbage I would never go to that location ever again!

On Saturday, July 10, 2021 I pulled up to Rally's drive thru located 3040 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland Ohio. I was informed when I pulled up to the speaker that it would be a while before she could take my order. The young lady informed me that she was the only one work, that she was taking orders, cooking, bagging, etc. Please wait. I informed her that I would wait since I could not go backwards or forwards because of a car in front of me and behind me. I waited for almost 10 minutes before she took my order, after pulling up to the window, I had waited another 5 minutes. The young lady should be commended for doing everything that she was doing without any help.
