I used the drive-though at store 7360 in Avon Lake, OH on January 11, 2020. I gave the person - turned out to be the manager $10.14 on a 4.39 bill. She gave me 5.70 change. I questioned it and she got snotty and told me to drive away. I parked, came into the store and requested the manager. Turns out she was the manager. She insisted that the two nickels and four pennies I gave her was "nine cents." She continued to say that "two nicklels and four pennies" was "nine cents." The other worker - and she - told me that it was "only a four cent (sic) difference and I shouldn't be complaining." Also told me she was "gonna call the cops" if I didn't "get out." She was fairly rude on top of it. I don't need that kind of garbage. at home I went to mybkexperience and complained - also checked the "contact me" box. It's been north of two months now and NO contact. Far as I'm concerned that's it for BK and me. I'm telling about the short changing scam at your store freely now and not planning on stopping. Cheap way to run an organization in my opinion. ( I still have the receipt, by the way. Burger King 7360, Jan 11, 2020, Order 66 at 01:14 pm.
