Dollar Tree

Went into your store in Bainbridge, Ohio to purchase 2 cases of facial tissue because I am putting together book bags for homeless children before the start of the school year. The young lady went to get them and had the young man ring them up. I presented my form and the (I assume) assistant manager told me that she had to KEEP my form because she had to forward it to headquarters. I told her "NO" that she will not keep my form, she either got a form out of the drawer and do as they previously did or F7, F7, put my number in and take my money... She then stated that she was going to keep my form or not sell me the product. She then huffed off to get another manager and told me the same thing. I told her she was not keeping my form and if she had any questions, that she needed to call the Solon, Ohio store where I had just purchased 5 cases of the same product or the Maple Hts, Ohio store where I constantly purchase for my charity or the Chagrin store. I asked where is Eric, the manager. The cashier, Stephen, stated that the store is under NEW management. They both stated that if I come in the store again, be prepared to LEAVE my form. This either needs to be cleared up with this NEW MANAGEMENT. My form will not be left in the store. I will not be making copies for Dollar Tree.

The previous management was very nice. The asst manager (?) was very rude. If this is the type of service I can expect, thanks, but no, thanks. She could have pulled me aside. There were 2 customers in line while she was trying to demonstrate her authority. However, I did get the merchandise. There are too many Dollar Tree's in the city. I did try to order online, but the dates were too close for me to fill my book bags. Thanks, for listening
