Aetna

After being contacted by Aetna sales and accepting a PPO plan that included prescription drug plan I realized some thing was wrong. I submitted a complaint to Aetna and about one year after plan went into effect Aetna admitted that after listening to sales recording certain 'things" were indeed left out. Such as a one thousand dollar co-pay for simple proceeders like a cat scan. There reaction was to deny payments still pending and back charging me for a coventry plan for Rx for the entire year I supposedly was covered by the PPo. Each call is greeted with "thats the way its done". So after commiting fraud they just attempt to take whatever they can instead of apologizing and fixing things correctly knowing few people have the legal means of holding them to there "fraud" charges.
