On or about August 15, 2021, I was shopping at your store located at 1441 Richmond Avenue in Staten Island, 10314. A deli employee by the name Joe (LNU), verbally assaulted and humiliated me after I complained about the way my order was being prepared, upon getting a store manager (Ron Mowder), this proceeded to drill me instead of following proper protocol in disciplining a subordinated employee. The employee proceeded with his rant and to avoid further argument and frustration I decided to leave the store. I have been a customer of your store for years without any incident up until yesterday Sunday August 15, 2021, no apologies were given, and no action was taken against this unruly employee. The other employee working at the deli at the time tried to calm this individual down with no prevail. hoping to hear from you, customer # [protected].
