Shop & Ship - Package not found

I am dumbfounded that a big company like shop and ship does not have the minimum required customer support service;
Please have a look at my shipment (9505515623312229517366)& (EI419959268US)

I tried calling, emailing, contacting, and everything in my power, no luck with shop and ship, no body is even interested to help me. I am screaming loudly ! Does anyone here me?

I need an effective solution, and a special customer service, the online chat is poor enough to the extent that customer shall wait very long time (exceeding an hour) to get connected to an agent, and sometimes does not get connected anyways.

Please resolve my problem otherwise it will be escalated to the next level, Shop and ship headquarters.

I have 2 packages delivered since Thursday and Friday and it not showing up and I was not able to claim it into my account also.

Shop & Ship - Delivery of goods

I purchased goods from a vendor in US. The goods was shipped successfully to SHOP and SHIP, on 14 May 2020. It is now 20 May and I have not gotten any feedback from Shop and Ship. The merchants tracking number is not found on Shop and Ship website. I cannot raise a query or complaint as the website does not have the facility to do that. I tried to call them but no luck.
This is the first time I'm using this service. I appreciate your assistance.

Shop & Ship - shocking packaging

Hello,

In this time of trying to reduce our carbon footprint to save the planet, Amazon must have social responsibility in doing what it can to reduce waste and excessive use of packing materials. These items came from Amazon FBA and from one seller. To my surprise, the small lip balm was not packaged, but just thrown into the large box. I almost missed it.

Please try to lower the amount of packing materials used to help save our planet! Our existence depends on it.

Shop & Ship - lost package

On June 6, 2019 an item was delivered to your New York office at 7 am by USPS; tracking number 9400110899654005733374, as shown in the attached photo.
To date, I have not received an email acknowledgement of the receipt.
Shopandship website also does not show any pending packages; as seen in the attached photo.
I wonder what has happened. My best guess is that my account number may have been omitted by the sender. Even then I think it would take minutes to find it using my name.
Please let me know as soon as possible what has taken place.

Shop & Ship - mail forwarding service

Bogus Company. They take your money and do not provide the mailing service.
They will not answer my e mails. They do not answer the phone.
My packages are in their New York office and I can't get them to send to me.
They sent me 1 mail to tell me an item is unauthorized but they will not tell me which item is unauthorized and they will not tell me how to get the item mailed in the US or anywhere. They will not even return to sender. They are crooks. VERY POOR SERVICE ! ! # [protected] [CaseReference:AIL/0216/65]
