Volkswagen

I was interested in leasing a Volkswagon and found the Taos in Smithtown, after determining the details we agreed on price/terms and planned for vehicle pick up. When I arrived for pick up, I waited for an hour to finally meet with financing. The terms had been changed and included more up front than agreed upon and changed the mileage to 7500/year which I would NEVER agree to. I declined the offer and my deposit was returned. An awful experience. I was able to get a better deal and vehicle from another Volkswagon dealer within a couple of days. I now have received a letter stating my credit was not approved by the initial dealer in Smithtown - which is completely untrue. I was approved previously. I am furious and disgusted with the work being done at that dealership. I want to be sure this denial is not on my credit - the score was 796.
