I placed an online order to be ready for pick-up at 12:00 pm today. There was a line of about 10 people waiting to pick up online orders. I waited 30 min until I got my food. They did not give me my order until 12:30, they also forgot my queso that I paid for. I was very annoyed because I was on lunch and it took up my entire lunch. They didn't apologize, they were not very friendly either. Horrible customer service and this isn't the first time I have dealt with an issue like this before.
