I used the Queensbury, NY location. I am at 2 years without proper fitting dentures. Every return visit cost money as I have to take time off work. I just keep getting adjustments each visit. I was assured for 5k + in cost for dentures would be perfect (which I am still paying). These teeth haven't fit proper from day one.

I reached out to the finance company for reimbursement. No luck

If I could get what I am paying for I would have been happy. But 2 years in... I just want a refund and future payments to be canceled.
