At 8:30 am this morning only one plastic bottle machine working, one can machine working and one glass return that was full. Plus the area was filthy with broken glass, and other debris on the floor. I went to Customer Service and informed the clerk. I was told a call was made and someone was coming. I asked if a second call could be made. It was. After waiting a few more minutes, I asked to speak with a manager. Jose S came and put in a third call. When someone came, Frank S he proceeded to complain to me it was not his job. It took 30 minutes to finally get service. The manager, Jose S, refused to allow the Customer Service desk to take the bottles in the meantime.
Desired outcome: Prompt customer service, upgrade the return bottle machines, keep the area clean

She bin there there for awhile and her crew smokin drinking and bad customer care pretty much and very rude for HR manger this is the one in pelham manor and it bin going on for awhile in not letting my daughter and telling my peers that that place to ghetto to shop get it together bjs it use to be safe u think even with the covid they still make everything not easy specially the HR manger Tiffany Santos

Today (07/02/20) I called the BJ's Wholesale Club
www.bjs.com, 825 Pelham Pkwy, Pelham, NY 10803 · ~4.3 mi, (914) 632-1547.
I called to enquire about a product that was out of inventory at the store but was on sale for this month's sale flyer. I was there last week, and they were out of this product. They told me to call back in a few days to see if they received more for their inventory.
Today, I did just that. The automated service put me on hold for about ten minutes and then it started to ring. It rang for about twenty times and when a live person picked up the phone, she put me back on hold. What kind of customer service is that? I am furious on how they treat you. I would like an answer to this deplorable service they provide. If this doesn't get resolved, I will call the Better Business Bureau next.
