TD Bank

I went into the branch 23rd street broadway on 2/13 at approx. 9-15-9:30. Asked Winsome if I could get the address to mail a check to pay a credit card bill and was told they didn't have that address. She asked the manager sitting in the back to verify the information and she agreed that there was no address to send a check to pay the bill. I was so disappointed with the level of non concern and the lack of effort to accept money for your bank.
