Don't EVER use Stubhub for anything! They are thieves! I bought courtside tickets to see the Knicks play the Bulls at the Garden. When I got to Will Call, the ticket agent said the tix were not there and to go to their Times Square location (1440 Broadway). When I got there, the office was closed early (because of the Christmas holiday). Someone left a message on my voicemail saying they dropped the tickets off at the Marriot. When I got to the Marriot, the front desk said no one dropped off any tickets. I called customer service where I talked to a d-bag named "Seth" that proceeded to lecture me about how they are not responsible for me not "picking up the tickets in a timely manner". When I stated there were no tickets to pick up, he said, "We had your tickets but you took too long to get them." He refused to issue a refund stating "If we make an exception for you, we have to make an exception for everyone else." Bottom line, someone took my courtside tickets and enjoyed the game on my dime ($233).
