Starbucks - double payment in debit card and misbehavior from starbucks staff.

On 04/11/19 at 7:22 pm I went to a coffee shop at greenwich village, that is located in downtown manhattan. The starbucks staff were rude and discriminative because I could not speak in english, in addition to this I had a charge of money. First at all, the casher was talking with other person for a longer and then she decided to ask me for my order, after that I payed for a medium caramel machiato and a cockies package with my debit card and the payment was accepted, even thought the trasaction was succesfull the casher ask me for doing a second payment. I asked to the seller why I have to do another payment? Other starbuck staff came over with me and started to literally to speak in a bad way for a second payment. At the end I refused to get the coffee, because was not nice from staff people to treat me in that way. However they used my debit card without my autorization, today I reviewed my bank on line and I have 3 payments already for a products I never had. I want to get my money back and I want to have an apology and be compensated bacause the worst behavior I have never seen before from ones starbuck staff.
