Good morning, my name is Kevin Darden. I am a patron of many of your establishments. On the morning of 3/27/2019 I went into your establishment at 330 7th avenue and asked to use the restroom. I was rudely told I could not use the restroom by the manager Michele. I explained to her there was a water main break and my office restrooms were out of order to no avail, Subsequently I had to walk 3 blocks down where I was accommodated.
