The gym is very nice, great aerobic classes but the costumer service from the receptionists and assistant manager are awful! Today saturday january 1st I was working out and completely forgot that they're closing at 8pm, once I realized that it was 5 minutes to 8 I started changing my clothes, when the assistant manager "jesenia" approached me and in a very rude tone told me she was going to turn of the lights because it was 8:02pm and I was still changing she went on and told me to hurry because she do not get paid for extra minutes and grabbed my jacket and scarf and took it upstairs to the receptionist area, then when I came upstairs I asked her why she had to touch my property? She say because it was pass 8 and I had to get out, she then threaten me with calling the police in company of her coworker stephanie. I asked them to give me their first and last name but they refused to provide their last name. Stephanie was also very rude and nasty, they both told me to get out now! Stephanie told me that I only pay to be at the in the gym to 8 o'clock not 8:05. I don't understand how they have these awful employees working here, these girls lack of costumer service skills, if you guys not paid your employees well thats none of the costumers concern! I simply come here to work out. They almost call the police officers because 5 minutes passed 8. My advice to you ppl is if you are looking to join a gym find a better one! You wont get respect it here but [censored]ty customer service and disrespected.

Back in Dec. 09 someone suggested that I try a yoga class to help with stress. I went to LR in Forrest Hills & spoke to "Natasha". I told her I just wanted a trial membership & I just wanted to try LR's yoga classes. I made it clear I did not want an automatical renewal--if I liked the classes, I would renew my membership myself. I only went toLR three times in Jan. When I told the ForrestHills LR that I did not want to continue with LR, they told me I had to call a special number. It was special alright, no one answered! I tried for several weeks to call that number, but there was no answer. When I finally got someone on the line about a month later, she was very rude &would not let me leave LR! Meanwhile, LR was using my debit card number to take money from my checking account! I suffered a stroke in April and cannot even use LR any more. How do I get them off my back?
