LAZ Parking - Reimbursement and accountability for workers damaging people’s cars

Today I noticed a huge scratch on my vehicle that was not there prior to dropping my vehicle off. This occurred at 420 E 20th St. New York, NY 10009.
This is the 3rd time my vehicle was damaged and was not accounted for, this cannot go on further.
Many employees at mount Sinai is complaining of damage, with no accountability
This occurred 8/14 during my drop off.
Camera and photos need to be reviewed.
