myself and fiancée place this order on power motion living room sofa set 1/19/2015. we received a phone call that model number not in stock, so we change the order on March 25.2015. that was already a 2 month wait on the set. set was finally deliver on May, 9, 2015 the recliner was missing the power pack. customer service rep name Janice said it would be delivery 6/29/15. no power pack as of today. we are paying for something we cant even enjoy. I wiling to stop paying for this set. this custom set looks and feel horrible. Not happy with this sofa set one bit. I want to throw it out that how much I dislike it.
