Edible Arrangements

I ordered 2 platters one with strawberries and the other a mothers day platter which came out to 150$ and they decided to send me 2 strawberry platters... I'm very unhappy and agitated they are ignoring my calls and I can't get in touch with anyone to complain... This was a mothers day gift that completely went wrong because of this I will no longer be a customer to edible arrangements...

My order # W0079887974 Arrived and the arrangement was not as pictured on line. I purchased it because I loved the way it was picture and that was not what was received. I should be advised that my order would not be delivered as pictured. The picture to the left is the website photo and the other photo is what was actually received. I hope to get a response to my complaint.
