CVS

I called in the morning to check if they had my prescription ready. A lady told me it will be ready in an hour. It was 9:30 AM. I came around 12:00 PM at lunch to pick it up and they are telling me their system is down you have to pay cash. I finally was able to get 80 dollars and got 10 dollars change back. I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one. They wanted to take the prescription back and I really do not have another time to pick it up. I had to grab it out. The worst service I ever saw. Never happened to me at any pharmacy. Everybody gives you some kind of receipt.
