Every time my Mom visits this branch it's chaotic! Either not enough cashiers available, or service is too slow.
Today my Mom was on line for 50 minutes!! This is UNACCEPTABLE. My Mom is 79 years old and has severe
knee problems. How can you better serve your senior customers?
Also, due to the frequent turn around at this location, service slows down immensely leaving the seniors and
others with body ailments to stand for long periods of time UNNECESSARILY.
Service at this location MUST improve immediately. This does not work for the community. Needs improvement.
