I ordered 7 white folding chairs on 9/8, i recieved an email that i will recieve it at 9/11, great, no? I ended up to recieve the chairs on 9/ 21/ I called up the company they should atleast waive me the shipping cost, after all i piad 20 dollars shipping fee, the response of the company was, that they do not guarantee shipping arivals. so i guess i should recieve my shipment 14 days later, because there is no guarantees. You guys should make sense out of it. Ok, once the chairs arrived, the story didnt ended. I opened the box and the chairs were black spotted, it looked used chairs, so i called up the company, so they told me to take soap and to scrub it up. so i hired a cleaning lady to do so. so i thought that i am buyingnew clean chairs, no i had to clean them, again no responsibility. I am very annoyed by this company. Be aware
