My name is Joann Wright. On Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009. around 5 oclock, I was dining at applebees with my husband. My services and food was great, until the manager Charrise Knight, started yelling and screaming across the table in front of me at one of her employees. I was so bother I couldnt even finish my food. Its was so unprofessional of her to act the way that she did. I ask the waitress that was atteneding to me, what was going on, and she stated "oh dat charrise just being charrise" is this how applebees conduct their stores. they let any rude "ghetto" person take charge. It was completly unbelievable. I was so shock that as a manager she would act like that. If she had a problem with the waitress I feel the professional way to handle it, is not in front of other customers. She really need to go back to training or something.
