On April 20, 2020. I bought a Koss headset that I required for work during quarantine. I paid $50 in addition to the price of the product because they guaranteed expedited international shipping.
It has now been over 3 months now since Adorama shipped the product and not only has it not arrived, Adorama has taken no responsibility to facilitate its delivery. I have been on the phone with Adorama 3 times and exchanged 10+ emails. I have been sent on a daisy chain, told to contact FedEx and other "brokers" in Portugal - none of which I chose to do business with, and all these calls have been fruitless as well. I have been misled with false claims told that I had been sent a email when I hadn't been, told that they needed "a valid phone number" when the one provided on purchase was and always has been valid, told that the package would be delivered "tomorrow" which of course never happened.
At this point of course I would like a refund, since I had to buy another headset. But if they took some responsibility to get me my product, it would be a case of failure of service service as opposed to theft. Not only do I feel swindled monetarily, I've also wasted so much time.
