Regus automatically renews my virtual office membership agreement for a year from 11/1/2023 to 10/31/2024 without my consent and increases the price by over 20% per month. And Regus does not allow me to cancel the membership after I have contacted the local office and account desk multiple times. They all claimed that they had the right to automatically renew contracts. And the funniest part is that they sent the auto-renewal email to the wrong email address, and I have been using my right email to communicate with them for over a year. I'm outraged by the unethical practices of Regus. How can they renew my yearly contract without my consent, hike up the costs, and make it nearly impossible to cancel? How can they treat customers like this? I'm now seeking legal assistance to address this injustice. Beware of doing business with them.
