Dear UPS Customer Service,

I complained numerous occasions about UPS drivers turning in my driveway. My driveway cannot handle the weight of the trucks, and can potentially damage my driveway. Tonight, about 6:20 PM, a UPS driver making a delivery next door to me, again, used my driveway and almost got stuck between my light piers. Her truck was too long. She also drove over my Belgium blocks. When I spoke to her, she was dismissive and unapologetic. I thought this issue was resolved the last time I made a past complaint. I again, ask you to remind your drivers to refrain from further incidents. Thank you.
