I stayed at Motel 6 Syracuse from July 10 through July 14, 2019. I saw an extra charge for $3.39 on my credit card. I called yesterday and spent 15 min on the phone and the clerk could not find my reservation. Called this morning (7/29 around 7:5 am) and the supervisor found it and reversed the charge. The problem is he was VERY RUDE when I asked him why that happened. He said that the system crashed and the charge appeared. How many customers did this happened to. If this happen again I will report it to the New York State Comptroller. The guy did not offered to report the problem up to see what caused it he just hung up the phone on me. Terrible customer service.
