Poor customer service TWICE already at your 2148 Hempstead Tpke, East Meadow NY 11554 location. At approx. 12:45pm I placed a mobile order (and reloaded my card) and arrived yet again to experience horrible customer service. I have complained about this location before, and the lack of customer service they provide to get no response. My order was ready, 10 people behind the counter, and not one acknowledged me even standing there! I had to go up to the woman, and she was too busy placing straws in a holder to even pick her head up. Another gentleman behind me had to ask for his order as well. Nobody even greets you when you walk in. This is a disgusting way to treat customers.
