Ordered online and paid at that time. Order confirmation said it would be ready at 6:20pm. I arrived at the store At 6:25 and the drive up line (only door open) was extremely long. While sitting in line I called the store and was told they would bring my order out to me. Meanwhile all drive up orders were still being filled. One clerk offered a free cake for the inconvenience and said my order would be ready in 10 min. Another 25 min and still no food. Door to store was finally unlocked and when I went in I was treated extremely rude by a young male employee. When I asked to speak with a manager she wouldn't even talk to me. Over an hour later I finally received my $39 order! The last clerk I spoke with did apologize but the behavior of the other employees was totally inappropriate. Got home and was missing food! This was at the Cortland, NY store. Will likely be my last visit to KFC.
