On Easter Sunday I visited KFC at 1164 Jericho TPK Commack N.Y. to pick up my wife's request for Easter dinner. The Thighs, drumsticks and breasts were dried out. The mashed potatoes were watered down paste and the gravy was seen through, and tasteless. The coleslaw was good as always. The following morning all five of us required Imodium. KFC was always a tradition for us for Mother's Day Father's Day and Easter. It is a shame this tradition is coming to a close. Respectfully submitted to William L. Smith & Family
