I ordered a loveseat from coleman furniture and financed by affirm by way of coleman furniture. The order was placed on 7/12/20 and the first payment due had to be paid to affirm. However, the loveseat had not been loaded or shipped and I did not want to pay for a product I had never seen, and it appeared that the name had been changed to the name of a different loveseat. They gave me an "estimate" that the loveseat could soon ship from the manufacturer to a delivery company. Then I would need to wait for the delivery company to call me to arrange delivery. I was told this could take another several weeks. All this time, I was asked to pay for a product I have never seen.
I was told by coleman and affirm that I may be charged a restocking fee plus interest. This is a scam. The producvt has not been loaded nor has it been shipped. I do not owe any money to anyoner. I cancelled in less than 30 days.

Coleman Furniture - Order# 6029960 erroneous delivery date
Hello Coleman's CEO/President,
On 6/4/20 we (Veronica /Paul Williams) received a conformation email advising the estimated time for delivery to me was 5-6 weeks. As of 7/29/20 I have not received my order. I called today to get an update and was told it would be an additional 2-3 weeks before the order is delivered to me.
I'm requesting the order to be expedited or compensated for the erroneous wait time.
Please respond as soon as possible so that we can make other arrangements.
