Mahindra & Mahindra - tractor

Bought mahindra 2545 shuttle shift tractor. Paid cash at time of purchase.
Not 1 year old. Has 40 hours on it. Having problems with the 4-wheel drive. Have made attempts to have dealer come and check the tractor or bring one to me to use while they take my tractor in. They don't have time to come check it out and are refusing to give me a tractor to use. This is the second mahindra I have bought in the last couple years. The first tractor was too small for what I needed so traded for a larger tractor.

I have dealt with this dealer for years as I worked in the woods for several years and dealt with them regarding chain saws and accessories.

The techs and the place we bought the mahindra laugh when we ask questions on the tractor, they dont know how to fix issues. When they have it it takes a month and they think its funny that we are angry they dont know how to work them. They have admitted they dont know anything about them

Similar issues here, took a huge loss upgrading to a bigger Mahindra Tractor only to start having issues with it as well, I've paid full price for 3 in a row. I don't necessarily blame the dealers because what they can do is dictated by Mahindra Corporate. I'm sorely disappointed with this company with the exception of my first [protected]), I thought it was just bad luck and I got a lemon the 2nd time. They don't care what expense customers have to endure to keep bringing in faulty tractors. I'm done with them, will likely take another huge loss trading in this last one (50 hours) that still has issues, but the 2 closest dealers to me have vanished! I don't have to wonder why. Most dealers sell other brands and are likely as fed up as customers.
