I am writing this due to the fact that while i understand that the store in question is small, not being able to get down more than half the aisles with my wheelchair is not good. I personally have done some retail work myself at different times over the years, and cannot fathom how not making every aisle accessable to all is even remotely acceptable. I have no problems with any of the staff there and personally think the poor kids often are run ragged due to under staffing. that said, I think that there definitely needs to be some work done to moderate if not totally the amount of stock on the floors. the end cap nightmares are kind of bad enough, but aisle accessability are far worse. i have been a customer at my local store for almost last 5 years and love the people there, but something needs changing in regards to handicapped accessability. the store in question is # 8308
It seems to be there M.O. no room for wheel chairs to go down there isles. Those damn trays with the mdse sitting all around the stores is no good for the elderly or ppl in wheel chairs. Call the American with disability act or your local fire dept that do the inspections on the store. Not sure where you are but same issues in N.J.
