Party City

I went into Party city today to purchase 1 item. One person was ath e register making a person and 2 people were on line waiting to be next at the register. Only 1 register was open but there were about 6 people working on balloon orders behind the counters. Everyone is focused on blowing u the balloons and have everyone waiting on line for a while. The manager needs to do something with how the store is run. When one of the workers were asked about another register being open I was told I would just have to wait. I am a frequent customer of Party City and never noticed this at any other location.
