I took my car to the above facility on.7.17.19 for a scheduled diagnostic and 28 points check.
In the meantime, numerous calls to the facility's service advisor #639 melody for updates went unanswered and unreturned. I also called to speak with the manager but was unsuccessful.
On 7.23.19 (7 days later) I uplifted my car since only a fraction of my request was handled. I will take it to another facility for my service.
I have never experienced any thing like this and am beginning to regret buying a dodge.
