The local Management is covering up quid pro quo sexual relations between a Manager (Rob) and a worker. Manager was caught having sex in the refrigerator and no repercussions have been taken by corporate. Worker is getting more hours and favorite treatment. As a worker of 13 years for BJs I’m appalled at the work environment and feel sick going to work everyday.
Claimed loss: Emotional distress
Desired outcome: A fixed dysfunctional/toxic work environment.
