Wendy’s - Spoiled, slimy chicken, with brown stale lettuce in a caesar salad

On 7/17/21, at about 3pm, I visited The Wendy's restaurant at 3636 Boston Road in the Bronx, and bought 2 Cesar Salads that I used my Debit card to purchase. By the time I got home they were spoiled! The meat in the salad was spoiled, slimy and smelled terrible, the lettuce was brown and withered. It's really disappointing to buy nasty food like this from a restaurant! My biggest mistake was not looking at the food before leaving the drive through! Something has to be done about this type of service. It would be deeply appreciated if this matter can be solved, or I'd have no other alternative than to take this matter, to a higher Authority My name is Alice Livingston, Email Address is [protected]@gmail.com thanks

Wendy’s - Service of food, and the behavior of employees.

On 4/16/21, at 2:15 pm, I visited the Wendy's restaurant which, located on Boston Road, in the Bronx, N.Y. I'm making this complaint because the service was terrible, and the employees was very unprofessional! I ordered 3 Cesar salads, 3 order of fries, 5 orders of chicken nugget, a chicken sandwich, and 3 Berry Lemonade drinks. Food which costed nearly $60.
at the drive through, I placed the order that was not right. I went into the store to correct the order, and there was an employee who's name is Amore, who was playing with other employees making fun of the fact that the order was wrong! making business very difficult for me to have the order corrected, which took about 20 minutes. I asked for the manager, a lady said that she was the manager, and didn't seem to care at all of the behavior of these employees, smirking as well. When I asked her name, she wouldn't answer me, then quickly turned her name tag in so that I couldn't identify her. I warned them saying that I would make a complaint on them. Amore replied very nasty, " Do what you got to do Ma'am! Finally, I did have the order corrected, however, this is the worst behavior that I've ever witnessed in a place of public service! I was a customer at this restaurant, and this was awful to say the least! The thanks I get as a customer at that establishment! My email is: [protected]@gmail.com. Desired outcome: Replacement of food. Hopefully served by a battery of new respectful, and friendly approachable employees. They should be fired!
