Marshalls

I was shopping at Marshall's at this location and was disturbed to hear a Manager named Mr. Bayhard verbally abusing a young female store associate. He told her to go help another associate in another department then proceeded to YELL across the store at her that he "TOLD HER TO FIX ALL OF THE HANGERS ON THE RACK .. NOT EVERY OTHER ONE, NOT ONE ON EACH RACK ... EVERY SINGLE ONE!" Then he proceeded to shake the rack like a crazy person and shove the clothing all over the rack. Other associates approached the young girl asking why he was yelling at her and if she was ok. Totally inappropriate to abuse an employee in that manner and even worse in front of customers. I hope this is not the type of management Marshall's encourages.
