We (wife&I) rented a car from the airport and each was charged under Additional Charge 21.00 then thi would increase the Concession Fee. After the first time it wasn't explain satisfactory because the explanation did not add up. The second time it was explain by Harod E. Moria that it was an additional driver fee.
I said then why wasn"t it on my estimate, he replied because we added it after we came from reservation desk. I tired to explain that, that didn't make sense because we both gave our drivers license and signed and it should have been pointed out to us that there would be an additional fee or at least on the printed receipt and then we would have opted out of adding a driver.
He said hes been there for years and know that they do tell customers and I explained that it wasn't done with now to say we are lying. At this point Mr. Moria began to yell and I then yelled and used a choice word, Mr. Moria came rushing out of the booth straight towards me as though hes going to kick my [censored]. Mr. Moria wanted me to react in a way he would have been justified to strike me but I didn't act the way he assumed I would based on my appearance.
He was straight up in my face and the only way I calmed him down was when I said go ahead and strike me and I will sue your million dollar company.
I told him I would file a complaint which he go ahead and took the receipt from me and wrote his name on it. Now it's apparent that this may not been his first time losing his cool because he wasn't concerned at all about a customer complaint and very well maybe why he was embolden to act like he did.
