I was last at the establishment on May 15, 2022. I asked for my account to be canceled and when I left I stated that I was moving to Fallon NV. I have now been informed that I should have filled out a paper for cancelation. I am in collections with them and they have been hitting my bank and never mailed called or emailed me anything about billing. They are still hitting my bank in the amount of 24.99 $ for 19 months I want my money back and my accounts closed immediately. those account numbers are [protected] and [protected] I have requested the collection's phone number and never received one.
That is a total of 456$ I will have a better idea when my bank audit is complete I have also contacted the BBB and wish for this to be handled with respect for my funds were not authorized for removal from my bank upon my request of cancellation.
Claimed loss: 456 four Hundred fifty-six dollars and zero cents
